We’re establishing a Manhattan office/showroom and building our Founding Team for the U.S. go-to-market.

Our mission? To find our first 1,000 engaged clients, develop channels, and find levers to build a growth model that will drive accelerated growth from 2024 onwards.

Tania Bulhões is a fast-growing designer brand specializing in high-end living, dining, and entertaining products for the home.

With 38 retail stores and 400+ employees across Brazil, our sales have grown at an average of 42% per year since 2019.

Our extensive portfolio of dinnerware, glassware, flatware, serveware, barware, decor, and scents covers "all the needs, any occasion."

To uphold our commitment to quality, we have acquired Royal Limoges from France, which carries on a tradition of porcelain craftsmanship dating back to 1771.

In 2023, we completed a round of private equity financing with Treecorp Investments to support our growth in Brazil and expansion into the United States.

The opportunity

Over the years, our global Instagram community has grown to over 593,000 followers, with messages pouring in from across the globe expressing a desire for our products, especially in the United States and the GCC.

Finally, in 2023, we built a startup under our brand and ventured into the U.S. market as a digitally native brand. We established a fulfillment center in Miami and launched our online store, taniab.com.

Throughout the year, we had:

  • Successful engagement from client discovery experiments at a summer pop-up store in the Hamptons and through strategic wholesale presence in Palm Beach.

  • Strong interest from New York-based interior designers, as well as brands and media eager for collaborations.

  • Unsolicited inquiry from a prominent U.S. consumer and retail investment fund regarding a potential investment opportunity.

That’s why we’re moving from a client discovery to a go-to-market phase. We’re establishing a Manhattan office/showroom and building our Founding Team.

Our goal is ambitious. For that, we seek the most ingenious and resourceful minds to shape the culture and build the traction that will lead us to success.

Are you looking for an opportunity to do the best work of your life?

What you will do

Your single objective will be to develop a growth model in 2024 that will allow us to scale quickly and sustainably in the following years.

  • We have found evidence of product-market fit with the Upper East Side client and the New York interior designer audiences through client discovery experiments in 2023.

  • We have 500+ SKUs in 10+ categories that address "all needs, any occasion," with a Miami safety stock and a global supply chain. We are also establishing a Manhattan office/showroom.

What does it mean for the Director of Growth Marketing? You will have a fertile audience and a diverse toolbox to use your creativity.

  • A large audience that hosts events, sets trends, owns multiple homes, and provides many opportunities for touchpoints through mainstream and unconventional channels.

  • An extensive catalog to increase the probability of developing hero products and 10+ interrelated categories, resulting in multiple item orders that drive high AOV and LTV.

Our small team needs resourceful, roll-up-the-sleeves people who get things done.

PS: We are not fans of the "throwing spaghetti at the wall" strategy.

What you bring

  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in growth marketing-related positions — bonus points if you played a role in growing a consumer brand from bootstrapping to $10+ million annual sales.

  • Fluency in marketing-related first principles, frameworks, and stacks.

  • Client-centered, hypothesis-driven, process/execution-oriented.

  • Track record of failure and learning.
