Shipping 


We know that shipping is a big part of the online shopping experience, so we've made sure to offer you a few different options at checkout. You'll see options for delivery speed and cost.

If you're spending $150 or more, we'll take care of shipping for you with free standard shipping (4 to 5 business days). If you're looking for a faster delivery, you're welcome to choose one of our other options.

For now, we're only able to ship within the United States. If you're in Brazil, you can still make purchases through our Brazil website. And, we're excited to announce that we're planning on expanding our operations outside of the US and Brazil in 2023.

High-Value Orders & Signature Requirement
To help protect our clients and ensure safe delivery, orders valued at $200 or more may require a signature upon delivery. Signature requirements may also be applied to replacement orders, high-risk delivery locations, expedited shipments, fragile items, or orders flagged for additional review.Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, Tania Bulhões is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or stolen from an unsecured delivery location, including porches, lobbies, mailrooms, front desks, or shared residential areas.If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 3 business days so we can review the delivery details and assist with a carrier investigation when available. Claims and investigations are subject to the carrier’s terms, documentation, and eligibility requirements.If a customer requests to waive the signature requirement or authorizes the carrier to leave the package without a signature, the customer accepts responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage after the package is marked delivered.

 

Returns


Our return policy gives you a full 30 days from the day you received it to make a return request. Just make sure the item is unused, has its tags on, and is in its original packaging. You can start the process by visiting our Returns Portal.

If you notice any damages or issues with your order, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our Care Team. We want to make it right for you.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards. We appreciate your understanding.

If you want to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

We'll let you know once we've received your return and if the refund is approved. It usually takes 10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method. If it's been more than 15 business days, feel free to reach out to our Care Team.

International

At the moment, we only offer returns for domestic (U.S.) orders and cannot accommodate international orders. If you are unhappy with your Tania Bulhões products for any reason, send a message to our Care Team and we'll do our best to make it right!
